Return, Refund, and Exchange Terms
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Damaged goods must be reported within 2 days from the date of POD.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Digital products (e.g., software, music, e-books) cannot be returned due to their intangible nature.
- Undergarments and food items are not eligible for returns.
Merchant Responsibility:
- If the merchant delivers the wrong item, they will cover the return and replacement expenses.
Refund and Exchange Process:
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed 7 days after the returned goods are received by the merchant.
Costs for Client-Initiated Returns:
- If the client requests a return or exchange for reasons like "changed my mind," they must:

With a few exceptions, you can sell almost any product on the Zeuth Marketplace. Before you can start selling your product on the Zeuth Marketplace, you need to ensure that the product you wish to sell is part of Zeuth’s Product Catalogue. Zeuth has a catalogue of thousands of products.
The sale of counterfeit or counterfeit goods is strictly prohibited. Weapons and Ammunition: In the interest of safety, the sale of weapons and ammunition of any kind is strictly prohibited on the Zeuth platform.
You can sign up as an individual or as a business. If you sign up as a business, you'll need to provide some additional information, such as your VAT number. Once you've signed up for an account, you can start listing your products.
Zeuth charges a monthly fee of R250 per seller. You can choose to cancel your account anytime. Additional fulfilment fees are also charged. Fulfilment fees cover transactional costs, customer support and platform support. The fulfilment fee is 11% of merchant retail price.
