Good chairs, value for money
Items are well priced and great value for money. However, putting them together is a nightmare. The instructions are pretty straightforward although getting the rod in the back of the chair was extremely difficult

Faulty good supplied
Ordered 6 pack of chairs which were delivered on time. Relatively easy to put together. Unfortunately one of the five chairs didn’t have one of the holes drilled to put through the bolts. I suppose 5 out of 6 is better than nothing but not great when you need six chairs.UPDATE: downgraded from 2 star to 1 star due to the lack of even a response from the supplier as I had reported the same comments direct to supplier.

Assembly instructions are terrible!
First, nowhere on the advertisement does it say that you have to assemble the chairs yourself. Secondly, the instructions are almost impossible to follow. What’s more, the instruction sheet arrived all crumpled and torn. I’ve attached two photos. Thirdly, the package containing the nuts, bolts and washers was missing almost half of the washers!

Very poor customer service and faulty / low quality product.
I purchased six chairs from this supplier, but they were faulty. The supplier was unresponsive, and despite the item being listed as a Prime product, I had to pay for the return shipping. They initially stated they would reimburse the shipping cost, but I am still struggling to get my money back.

Good value for money
These chairs are solid , comfortable and great value for money. The only downside was that I needed to use a tap and die set to even out some of the machining of the bolt holes to be able to assemble.
